How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased through our website using Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payment methods.

What are booking fees?

Tickets purchased on Tickets For Events are subject to a transparent per-ticket booking fee, which is non-refundable.

Why was my purchase unsuccessful?

Please ensure all purchases have the correct card details and billing address. You must have sufficient funds in your account before making a purchase and your bank must not block any transactions made through Tickets For Events.

How secure is my personal information?

To make sure your information is absolutely secure, Tickets For Events does not store your credit card details. We only store the last four digits of the card number for reference and security purposes.

Should I buy a ticket from someone I don’t know or from a resale site such

as Viagogo?

Please only buy tickets directly from us. Tickets For Events does not condone buying or selling of tickets privately or through the secondary market. We will cancel any tickets that are fraudulently sold.

Can I amend my order?

If you have made a mistake when booking, please contact us and we can look into it for you, but we cannot guarantee that mistake can be rectified.

Can I get a refund for tickets I have bought?

We can offer a refund only if the event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If there are other changes to the details of the event (e.g. a venue or lineup change), then it is at the promoter’s discretion whether a refund will be granted.

I have forgotten my booking reference number/I can’t find my tickets

Your reference number is displayed in your confirmation email. If you have lost this email, you will need to contact us directly and we can help retrieve your tickets.
